Using Org Fields

To save you time and make your mailing more consistent and error-free, we enable your data from the Org Settings screen to be used in your projects! You can use these fields just like any other variables in the designer. A video on how to edit your Org Settings is here. 

As you can see below, the Name, Address1, City, State, and Zip fields were used to create the return address on the envelope. We also commonly use this same data on the response device the donor sends back with their support. The fields can be used however you like, or not at all. 

In Design mode, when you want to uses these Org variables, select Insert Expression. 

The fields all begin with CS_ and you can use any or all of them you want. 

PRO TIP
The field CS_CityStateZip is already formatted for you with a comma and makes using this field for your address very easy.
