Saving Your Work

STEP 1 - UPLOAD DATA

When you load your data, your progress is saved automatically. 

STEP 2 - LETTER DESIGNER

In the letter designer, you will manually save as you go. That way if you are trying out something new, the change isn't committed until you say so. 

To save, just click the Save button. 

PRO TIP
Just like in any computer application, saving often will keep you from frustration and rework. 

As long as the button is gray and shows Saved, you have no unsaved work. 

If you try to move on to the next step (Checkout) with unsaved work, the designer will warn you:

• To leave without saving your changes, click OK.
• To go back to the designer and save before moving on, click Cancel.

STEP 3 - CHECKOUT

Your updates are saved automatically in Checkout.
