Postage Rates

Generally speaking, mail can be classified into the following classes - each with its own postage rate:

• First-class
• Marketing mail
• Nonprofit mail (requires special authorization)

NovaMail is built with nonprofit organizations in mind. In order to qualify for nonprofit rates, you will need to provide us with your nonprofit authorization number. See the article (linked below) on Nonprofit Status to review how to save that number to your account details.

With your nonprofit mailing authorization on file, when you finish your order and check out, your final price will reflect the nonprofit postage rate. 

PRO TIP
If you don't have a nonprofit mailing authorization - apply for one today! The sooner you do, the sooner you can start mailing at the lowest rates available - which means you are saving your organization money. The application process for applying can be found at this link . 

If you don't have a nonprofit authorization number, your postage will be calculated using the Marketing mail rate. 

NovaMail does not currently offer a first-class postage option.
